APC Chieftain Distributes Rice, Vehicles, Motorcycles in Jigawa

A prominent figure in the All Progressives Congress (APC) and supporter of Governor Umar Namadi, Honourable Umar Sa’id Jambola, has distributed 500 bags of rice, five vehicles, and three motorcycles to residents and party stakeholders in Malam Madori and Kaugama Local Government Areas of Jigawa State.

The gesture, aimed at easing Sallah celebrations for beneficiaries, saw the distribution of the rice to residents of the two local government areas to enable them celebrate the Eid festival with ease and joy. In addition, five vehicles were donated to APC offices across Malam Madori and Kaugama to strengthen party operations.

Similarly, security agencies also benefited from the initiative, with three vehicles allocated to police divisions in Malam Madori, Kaugama, and Dakaiyyawa. Some members of the community also received two motorcycles, while others were handed over to local security outfits to enhance their operational capacity.

Speaking at the event, the Jigawa State APC Chairman, Honourable Ahmed Garba, who was represented by the APC Zonal Chairman of Hadejia, Alhaji Muhammad Dikuma, commended Jambola for his generosity and commitment to both the party and community development. 

He described the donations as timely and impactful, particularly during the festive period.

In his remarks, the donor, Honourable Umar Sa’id Jambola, reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the 12-point agenda of Governor Umar Namadi, stressing that collective efforts are needed to ensure meaningful development across the state. 

He also urged eligible citizens to register and obtain their party membership and voter cards to actively participate in the democratic process.

Also speaking, the Chairman of Kaugama Local Government Area, Honourable Usman Masaki Dansule, expressed gratitude to Jambola for providing food items to party supporters and donating vehicles and motorcycles across the two LGAs. He noted that the gesture would go a long way in improving both welfare and security in the area.

Earlier, APC Local Government Chairmen of Kaugama and Malam Madori, Honourable Shu’aibu Girbobo and Honourable Tanko Garungabas, respectively, welcomed guests to the event and wished them safe journeys back to their respective destinations.
