A coalition of grassroots supporters under the banner of the APC Action Group in Jigawa State has reaffirmed its unwavering support for Governor Malam Umar A. Namadi, describing his administration as one that has inspired hope and accelerated development across the state.
Addressing journalists in Dutse on Wednesday, the group said the governor’s achievements in education, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure, economic empowerment and social welfare have earned him the confidence of party supporters across the 27 local government areas.

Speaking on behalf of the group, Secretary Muhammad Suleiman (Dammaje) said the endorsement reflected the feelings of ordinary party members who believe the governor has remained committed to improving the lives of the people.
According to him, the group also congratulated Engr. Aminu Usman Roller on his emergence as the APC deputy governorship candidate for the 2027 general election, expressing confidence that his partnership with Governor Namadi would further strengthen unity and sustain the state’s development drive.
Beyond the state, the group extended its support to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, commending his administration’s reforms, which it said were aimed at improving security, economic growth and national development.
The APC Action Group also congratulated Vice President Kashim Shettima on his continued role in the administration and wished him success ahead of the 2027 elections.
In a show of solidarity with the party’s leadership, the group pledged support for all APC candidates seeking elective offices, including senatorial and House of Representatives aspirants, urging the people of Jigawa State to remain united behind the party.
The supporters also commended the APC Chairman in Jigawa State, Hon. Ahmad Garba MK, for providing leadership to the party, while appreciating Commander Salihu Atafi (Bomboy) for his continued guidance and support to the organisation.
